Project Scope
Project Scope:
Green Mountain Power renovated the long vacant Eastmans Store to create the home of their Energy Innovation Center and contribute to the revitalization of downtown Rutland.
Renovations to the century old downtown structure meant that new utility connections needed to be made in Merchants Ave., and special consideration was needed to address Stormwater runoff issues that had resulted in historic flooding of the property.
Enman Kesselring worked with NBF architects and Green Mountain Power to address outside grading and interior drainage systems to protect their investment.
The Project received LEED Gold certification.
