When the Town of Wells set out to construct a new Town Office they selected Enman Kesselring Engineers to provide civil engineering and environmental permit for the project. The land for the project was generously donated to the Town. Engineering design included water supply, wastewater disposal, stormwater, and Act 250 Permitting. The new office space provided the town with an energy efficient new work environment and a space that was handicap accessible for the public.
