Enman • Kesselring Consulting Engineers is pleased to have worked with Green Mountain Power as they reconstructed and gave away a home at 60 Cleveland Ave.
To promote the Rutland region Green Mountain Power purchased a dilapidated house from Rutland City for $1.00, tore the building down, built a new highly energy efficient home, and gave the house away to the winner of an essay contest. The essay winner had 500 words to explain why they wanted to live in an energy-efficient house, and what they would bring to the Rutland, Vermont, community.
